Discerning \u0627\u0644\u0631\u062d\u0645\u0646 “\u2026 the Bi-Merciful \u2026\u201d<\/h1>\n

Strangely enough, for the last 1400 years the word \u0627\u0644\u0631\u062d\u0645\u0646 (Al-Rahman)<\/span> \u201cthe Bi-Merciful\u201d in the Qur’an<\/em> has not been translated exactly in its correct signification. This has been the cause of some deviation from the real meaning of the word. Not only in the Qur’an<\/em>, but also according to Arabic grammar, the meaning of the word is clearly distinguished.<\/p>\n

The word, \u0627\u0644\u0631\u062d\u0645\u0670\u0646 Al-R(a)<\/span>hm(a)<\/span>n \u201cthe Bi-Merciful\u201d composed of six letters (\u201ca\u201d is a sound)<\/span> is the noun-quality of \u00a0\u0631\u062d\u0645<\/span> \u201cBeneficence, Mercy\u201d<\/span> of All\u2019h, for two entities. The \u0627\u0646 \u201can\u201d at the end of \u0631\u062d\u0645 \u201cR(a)<\/span>hm\u201d grammatically being the pronoun of duality, particularizes the quality of Beneficence of God to the two principal populations of the world, namely Man and jinn\u00a0 (55:17, 18:93)<\/span>, their two planets (matter and antimatter)<\/span> and their (two different kinds of)<\/span> provisions.<\/p>\n

55:17 \u201c(The Bi-Merciful)<\/span> Lord of the two Easts and Lord of the two Wests.\u201d<\/p>\n

18:93 \u201cUntil, when he reached between the two close ups (obstructions)<\/span>, he found beneath them a people who scarcely understood a word.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nouns of Qualities are derived
\nfrom God<\/h3>\n

The reason that the Lord Creator Reminds Man and jinn of His Quality Name at the top of every surah and Suggests calling Him by It (17:110)<\/span>, obviously is because of the great importance such fact has over our belief and comprehension for His Word. The two entities, Man and jinn, must be reminded that: \u201cTheir Only Lord and Provider for all needs, Is only Al-R\u2019hm\u2019n\/\u0627\u0644\u0631\u062d\u0645\u0646\u201d<\/p>\n

17:110 \u201cSay, \u2018Call \u201cAll\u2019h\u201d or call \u201cAl-R\u2019hm\u2019n,\u201d\u2019 by whatever you call. For to Him belong the Names of qualities \u2026.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nouns of qualities belonging to Him; that is, as all the qualities derive from God, the nouns of qualities become Names of God, e.g., \u201cthe Wise,\u201d \u201cthe Knower,\u201d \u201cthe Merciful\u201d etc.\u00a0 These Nouns come also in duality: \u201cthe Hearer-the Seer,\u201d \u201cthe Forgiving-the Merciful.\u201d<\/p>\n

Our \u00a0System \u00a0demands \u00a0Worshiping \u00a0God<\/h3>\n

51:56 \u201cI have not Created the jinn and Man, but (under the system)<\/span> of Worshipping (Obeying)<\/span> Me.\u201d<\/p>\n

51:57 \u201cNo substance do I Require of them, and nor do I Ask them to feed Me (by flattery)<\/span>.”<\/p>\n

51:58 \u201cFor All\u2019h Is He who Gives (All)<\/span> Sustenance, Possessor of the Perpetual Energy\/Power.\u201d<\/p>\n

Concerning the verse (56)<\/span>, being wrongly understood, people very often ask, \u201cWhy does God Need our worship, bowing and prostrating so much?\u201d In the verse (57)<\/span>, God Responds to such questions, that by worshipping Him, He Is not Requiring them to feed Him with compliments and flattery. But the fact is that our own system and morphology demands worshipping God. We have been Created (programmed)<\/span> under the system of worshipping our Creator only, that is under the system of obeying, following His Instructions only, following the Rules of the system under which we have been Created. Otherwise, in going against the nature of our Creation, and causing malfunction of the system, eventually our cells will deviate from the right Way, starting to disobey. The result? The cancer that today has overwhelmed our inner and outer worlds.<\/p>\n

The \u00a0Name \u00a0and \u00a0The \u00a0Throne \u00a0of Al-R\u2019hm\u2019n<\/h3>\n

Moreover, in studying the Qur’an<\/em>, one should know that certainly nothing comes in a verse without reason, that is, if in some verses God Calls Himself \u201cAl-R\u2019hm\u2019n,\u201d in some others, \u201cRabb,\u201d or be it \u201cyour Lord,\u201d or He Is Called by the nouns of qualities or \u201cAll\u2019h,\u201d it is because each stands for a particular reason of understanding. But before going further, to assure you on the meaning and explanations, given here on \u201cAl-R\u2019hm\u2019n,\u201d you must refer to:<\/p>\n

25:59 \u201cHe who Created the heavens and the Earth and whatever in between, in six days, then Established on the Throne, the Bi-Merciful, ask then about Him of one acquainted.\u201d<\/p>\n

God Informs us to get the information concerning \u201cAl-R\u2019hm\u2019n,\u201d from \u201cone acquainted.\u201d It is not accidental that such a verse would be in surah 25, Al-FurQan<\/em>. <\/i>Therefore, the information on Al-R\u2019hm\u2019n, forwarded in Al-FurQan<\/em><\/i> \u0627\u0644\u0641\u0631\u0642\u0627\u0646 here, has every reason to be trusted. Moreover, in \u201c\u2026 ask then about Him of one acquainted,\u201d \u201cacquaintance\u201d is \u201cknowledge of something gotten from experience and study.\u201d The study of the FurQan<\/em> is the knowledge directly experienced from the Qur’an<\/em> Itself. By studying other than the Qur’an<\/em> (<\/span>hadith and s<\/i><\/span>onnat etc.)<\/span>, one does not get acquainted with the Qur\u2019an<\/em><\/i>. To discern the noun-adjective \u201cAl-R\u2019hm\u2019n,\u201d<\/i> we must know about the mystery of the \u201cstart of the world.\u201d The Name Al-R\u2019hm\u2019n, indicates particularly the Bi-Merciful quality of the Lord toward the two principal populations of our material world, Man and jinn.<\/p>\n

The greatest noun adjective for the Lord in the Qur\u2019an<\/i>, is Zol Fazl al-Azeem = Possessor of the Great Bounty.<\/p>\n

The numerical value of the word: Zol Fazl al-Azeem=2698 (19×142), that equals the number of times the word \u201cAll\u2019h\u201d has been Mentioned in the whole Qur\u2019an<\/i>.<\/p>\n

Zol Fazl al-Azeem has been Mentioned 6 times in the whole Qur\u2019an<\/em>: (2:105; 3:74; 8:29; 57:21; 57:29; 62:4). The only chapter in which this adjective name is mentioned twice, is chapter 57. The Surah 57, of the most Miraculous and bounteous of the Qur\u2019an<\/em>, in verses 21+29=50, (S.50=Q and the Glorious Qur\u2019an<\/em>), showing the Greatest Bounty in this world, and the Greatest Gift of God to humanity is the Qur\u2019an.<\/p>\n

Thus the three Possessors of the Great Bounty of this world are: All\u2019h, the Qur\u2019an<\/em> and the Throne.<\/p>\n

57:21 \u201cRace toward Forgiveness from your Lord and a Garden whose width is like the width of the Heaven and Earth, Prepared for those who believed in All\u2019h and His messengers. That is the bounty of All\u2019h which He Gives to whom He Wills and All\u2019h Is the (Lord)<\/span> Possessor of the Great Bounty.\u201d<\/p>\n

57:29 \u201cThat the people of the Scripture\/Book (and Muslims)<\/span> may know that they have no power over a thing and of the bounty of All\u2019h, and that the bounty is in the Hand of All\u2019h. He Gives it to whom He Wills. And All\u2019h Is the (Lord)<\/span> Possessor of the Great Bounty.\u201d<\/p>\n

The <\/i>Throne of Al-R\u2019hm\u2019n is the actual Throne of God, that has been Set up, essentially and particularly for Governing the affairs of this material world for Man and jinn and, at the end of this world, for the cause of Judgment of these two entities, whether they pass\/fail their <\/i>Test. (The Test consists of having saved their <\/span>faith to the God Creator Alone, when they pass over from this world to the hereafter life.)<\/span> Everything concerning the affair of this world, that is, from the formation of the heavens and the Earth to the air we breathe, water and food, Guidance, Messengers and Books, money and luxury, everything indispensable for living in this world is from the channel of Al-R\u2019hm\u2019n.<\/p>\n

10:3 \u201cIn fact your Lord All\u2019h Is the One who Created the heavens and the Earth in six Days (periods)<\/span>, then Settled on the Throne, Governing the affairs, no intercessor except after His Permission, such Is All\u2019h your Lord so worship Him, then why don\u2019t you get admonished?\u201d<\/p>\n

20:4 \u201cA Revelation from Him who Created the Earth and the high above heavens.\u201d<\/p>\n

20:5 \u201cThe Bi-Merciful (Al-R\u2019hm\u2019n) Settled on the Throne.\u201d<\/p>\n

In some surahs where the Lord is Recalled as \u201cAl-R\u2019hm\u2019n\u201d (e.g., in surah 19 Maryam<\/i>)<\/span> it is to Recall His particular Mercy and Miracle in this world to Mary and Jesus<\/span>, mother and son, concerning the particular birth and Messenger-hood of Jesus. The mention of All\u2019h in the surahs is usually to recall the System, Discipline, Rules of the Power of Creation. The mention of Noun-qualities is usually the quality mentioned being concerned. At the end of this world, when the Test is over for Man and jinn, they will be Judged by the Bi-Merciful.<\/p>\n

20:108 \u201cOn that Day, they will follow the Caller without disorder, and all sounds will be humbled for \u2018Al-R\u2019hm\u2019n,\u2019 so you shall not hear but low sounds;\u201d<\/p>\n

25:26 \u201cThat Day, the kingdom being the right of \u2018Al-R\u2019hm\u2019n\u2019, thus a difficult Day it is for the disbelievers.\u201d<\/p>\n

Then the Lord of the universal people \/ \u0631\u0628 \u0627\u0644\u0639\u0627\u0644\u0645\u06cc\u0646 \u2014 jinn, Man and angels, once the Judgment for the two, being over, will Be Praised by them, and the affair is over.<\/p>\n

39:73 \u201cAnd those who feared their Lord will be led, toward the Garden in crowds of people until they arrive there, its gates will be opened and its Keepers will say to them, \u2018Peace be upon you. Well done, then enter therein, dwelling eternally.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

39:74 \u201cAnd they will say, \u2018Praise be to All\u2019h, who has truly Fulfilled His Promise to us, and we inherited the Earth, settling where of the Garden we wish, so how excellent a Reward for those who worked (effort in God\u2019s Way)<\/span>.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

39:75 \u201cAnd you will see the angels making a procession all around the Throne, celebrating by Praising their Lord, and the decreeing between them is done in justice and it is said, \u2018Praise be to All\u2019h \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647<\/span>, Lord of the universal people \u0631\u0628 \u0627\u0644\u0639\u0627\u0644\u0645\u06cc\u0646.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
