<\/a>The Qur\u2019an<\/em><\/i>, Programmed to Open Twice<\/h3>\n

The Qur\u2019an<\/em><\/i> has been planned for two Openings, and with two different levels of Knowledge. An interval of 14 Centuries separates the two Openings. Today by the Grace and Mercy of the Almighty Lord the Creator,<\/i> we have the privilege of being the generation, inheritors of this second Inauguration of the Qur’an<\/em>, and eventually full Knowledge of the divine Book.<\/p>\n

35:31 \u201cThat which We have Revealed to you of the Book (O Muhammad)<\/span>, is the just (the entirety of the Book)<\/span> confirming what was (Revealed)<\/span> before It. Indeed All\u2019h concerning His Servants\/Messengers Is well Acquainted, Insightful\u201d (God Considers the level of insight and knowledge of His Servants)<\/span>.<\/p>\n

35:32 \u201cThen We Gave the Book as inheritance to those We Chose among Our Servants; so (concerning the Book)<\/span> among them who wrongs himself, and among them who follows a middle course and among them who exceeds in good things (tidings of the Book)<\/span> by All\u2019h\u2019s Leave. That is the grand (the high above)<\/span> Bounty.\u201d<\/p>\n

As mentioned in (35:31)<\/span>, the first Opening of the Qur’an<\/em> was Revealed to Prophet Muhammad in integrality (114 surahs<\/span>) confirming (Knowledge-wise)<\/span> the preceding divine Books. Obviously, at the time of Prophet Muhammad the level of General Knowledge was too low to receive the full Knowledge of the Qur’an<\/em>. At that first Opening only a little Knowledge of the Book was Revealed to them as mentioned in (17:85)<\/span>.<\/p>\n

17:85 \u201cThey ask you concerning the Spirit (Inspiration\/the Qur\u2019an<\/em>)<\/span>, say, \u2018The Spirit of the Command of my Lord and only a little of the Knowledge you have been Given.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

The phrase, \u201cthe Spirit,\u201d that is, \u201cthe Inspiration,\u201d is also one of the nicknames of the Qur’an<\/em>, as the Spirit of the Lord\u2019s Order and Command on Earth (42:52, 81:20-21)<\/span>. The Book contains the Spirit of God.<\/p>\n

42:52 \u201cAnd thus We have Revealed to you a Spirit of Our Command, you had no perception of the Book (before)<\/span>, and what the Faith was. But We Made It a Light wherewith We Guide such of Our Servants as We Will, and surely you guide to the Straight Path.\u201d<\/p>\n

Moreover, as the Qur’an<\/em> was meant to be the last Book of the Lord for people of the world, this makes Muhammad the last Prophet (33:40)<\/span>.<\/p>\n

33:40 \u201cMuhammad is not the father of any of your men, but the Messenger of God and the last of the prophets, and All\u2019h Has Knowledge of Everything.\u201d<\/p>\n

This is the distinction between a Prophet<\/em> and a Messenger<\/em>: a Prophet is a Messenger who brings a new Book from God, and a simple Messenger, without the title of Prophet is one with a Mission based on the last Book brought by the preceding Prophet.<\/p>\n

The full Knowledge of the Qur’an<\/em> was planned for the Second Opening, at a time when science could bring explanation and discernment (FurQan<\/em>)<\/span> for the Book. This is Hinted at in the last phrase of (35:31 above)<\/span> \u201cAll\u2019h, concerning His Servants, Is Knowledgeable, Insightful.\u201d<\/span> As the nature of our Universe requires, everything coming to planet Earth must undergo consecutive periods of evolution and perfection, that is accomplished in three periods:<\/p>\n

  1. Time of birth<\/li>\n
  2. Time of boning and strength\/adolescence<\/li>\n
  3. Time of flourishing and completion, experience and wisdom<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The Qur\u2019an<\/em><\/i>, being an Earthly inhabitant, certainly is not exempt from such a Rule, and It is constituted in the same manner.<\/p>\n
